In this role, Juan represented exclusive luxury brands from Italy, Spain, France, England, Germany, Australia, and Canada, gaining extensive experience in international business and a refined understanding of client service in the luxury sector.
Juan spent nearly a decade living in Quebec, Canada, where he collaborated on a variety of communication and sales projects across different industries. It was in Quebec, in 2020, that he entered the world of real estate — designing visual branding and marketing campaigns for luxury properties. JC previously ran a successful online tutoring service, gaining valuable experience in leadership and client relations, and later transitioned into sales before discovering his passion for real estate in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.

After graduating, Meri expanded her horizons by living in London for two years, followed by seven years in New York City, where she further developed her artistic and professional skills. In 2007, she made the move to Puerto Vallarta, and just a year later, she joined Cochran Real Estate as our dedicated Property Manager.
